By accessing and using NoLagZA ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using the Platform.

2. Account Registration

  • You must be at least 18 years old to create an account
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • You agree to provide accurate and complete information
  • One account per person - multiple accounts are prohibited
  • You are responsible for all activities under your account

3. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

  • Use cheats, hacks, or unauthorized third-party software
  • Engage in harassment, hate speech, or discriminatory behavior
  • Share false information or impersonate others
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Platform
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Platform's operation
  • Use the Platform for commercial purposes without authorization
  • Share account credentials with others

4. Anti-Cheat Policy

All users must comply with our Anti-Cheat Policy. Violations may result in immediate account suspension or termination.

  • Use of cheats, hacks, or exploits is strictly prohibited
  • We reserve the right to monitor gameplay and detect cheating
  • Violators will face permanent bans and may face legal action

5. Subscriptions and Payments

  • Subscription fees are charged monthly or as otherwise specified
  • All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time
  • We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice
  • Failure to pay may result in service suspension

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of NoLagZA or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of content you create, but grant us a license to use, display, and distribute such content on the Platform.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms, including but not limited to:

  • Cheating or using unauthorized software
  • Harassment or abusive behavior
  • Fraudulent activity
  • Violation of applicable laws

8. Disclaimers

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE SERVICE. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOSSES RESULTING FROM USE OF THE PLATFORM.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NOLAGZA SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of South Africa. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of South Africa.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
