NoLagZA Rules & Guidelines

Fair play, respect, and competitive integrity

General Rules

1. Respect & Sportsmanship

All players must treat each other with respect. Harassment, discrimination, or toxic behavior will not be tolerated.

2. Account Integrity

Each player must use their own account. Sharing accounts, smurfing, or using alternate accounts to gain unfair advantages is prohibited.

3. Fair Play

Cheating, exploiting bugs, or using unauthorized software will result in permanent bans. We maintain a zero-tolerance policy.

4. Communication

Keep communication professional and constructive. Excessive toxicity, spam, or inappropriate language may result in warnings or bans.

Tournament Rules

1. Registration

All team members must be registered and verified before the tournament starts. Late registrations will not be accepted.

2. Punctuality

Teams must be ready 15 minutes before scheduled match times. Late arrivals may result in forfeit.

3. Match Conduct

Matches must be played according to the specified rules. Disputes should be reported immediately to tournament admins.

4. Prize Distribution

When a tournament with prizes is officially run, distribution details will be stated for that event. Prize economies are not active by default during beta.

Sanctions Framework

Sanctions are determined by evidence, severity, intent, previous offences, competitive impact, and risk to platform integrity.

  • Toxicity or spam: warning, mute, temporary restriction, or suspension
  • Match abandonment: forfeit, cooldown, rating penalty, or temporary restriction
  • Exploit abuse: match reversal, rating correction, suspension, or ban
  • Account sharing or smurfing: investigation, rating reset, restriction, or suspension
  • Confirmed cheating: permanent ban may apply immediately
  • Match fixing: result removal, rating correction, and permanent ban
  • Malicious false reporting: warning, restriction, or suspension
  • Coordinated clan abuse: clan sanctions only after investigation and evidence of coordinated behaviour

Public policy describes enforcement intent. Exact automated penalties in code may differ during beta; staff enforce competitive authority within constitutional limits. See Anti-Cheat Policy.

Anti-Cheat Policy

Prohibited Software

Any form of cheating software, aimbots, wallhacks, or game modifications that provide unfair advantages are strictly forbidden.

Monitoring

We actively monitor gameplay and use advanced anti-cheat systems. Suspicious activity will be investigated.

Penalties

First offense: 30-day ban. Second offense: 90-day ban. Third offense: Permanent ban. Severe violations may result in immediate permanent bans.

Clan Rules

1. Clan Leadership

Clan leaders are responsible for their members' conduct. Inappropriate behavior by clan members may affect the entire clan.

2. Recruitment

Recruitment must be done through official channels. Spam recruitment or harassment is not allowed.

3. Clan Wars

All clan wars must be scheduled through the platform. Unsanctioned matches will not count toward rankings.

Reporting & Appeals

How to Report

Report violations through the support system or contact moderators directly. Provide evidence when possible (screenshots, recordings, etc.).

Appeals Process

Banned users may appeal their ban within 7 days. Appeals will be reviewed by the moderation team. Decisions are final.
